About Pandya Medical Center
Back in 2014, we opened the doors of our very first Pandya Medical Center Primary Care clinic in Johns Creek, GA, with a simple dream: To go above and beyond for every single patient. Today, with the love and trust of our communities in Fulton, Forsyth, Gwinnett, Dawson, Hall, Barrow, and Jackson counties, we’ve grown, but our mission remains the same: to offer heartfelt, comprehensive care that feels like family.
Every smile you see at Pandya Medical Center belongs to a team member who truly cares. With clinics in Alpharetta, Lawrenceville, Dawsonville, Braselton, Cumming, and Johns Creek, our providers and staff aren’t just here to do a job; they’re here because they believe in making a difference. They listen, they understand, and they treasure each personal story shared. And our commitment isn’t limited to our clinic’s walls. From local health fairs to volunteering initiatives, we cherish every opportunity to connect with our community.
Primary Care & Family Medicine
We provide full breadth Primary Care including wellness visits, cancer screenings, chronic disease management, and acute care visits. All PMC offices offer rapid testing for Covid, Flu, Strep infections along with more advanced diagnostics such as EKG, lung function assessment with Spirometry, and in-office ultrasounds. We also provide our patients with I.V. hydration therapy to avoid E.R. visits. Our on-staff nutritionists and behavioral health specialists work closely with our providers to address all aspects of our patients to help treat the whole person.
Our team, the heart and soul of Pandya Medical Center, comprises of dedicated Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, Nutritionists, and Behavioral Health Specialists all passionate about patient welfare. They don’t just treat symptoms; they invest time in understanding individual health narratives, ensuring every patient feels seen and heard. Our medical professionals aim to empower patients to take charge of their health and well-being with complete care, including nutrition counseling, medical-grade supplements, and maintaining a healthy weight. They provide all the resources and support you need, not only to improve your health but to implement healthy practices at home that help maintain strong families.
So, at Pandya Medical Center, you’re not just a patient – you’re family. Together, we’re working hand in hand for a brighter, healthier future for all of us.
