Juilett Kostanjevec, DO, is a board-certified family physician with Pandya Medical Center. She sees patients from the practice’s location in Braselton, Georgia.
Dr. Kostanjevec, who is known to her patients as “Dr. K,” has lived in Georgia the majority of her life. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Georgia Gwinnett College. Shortly thereafter, she completed her Doctorate of Osteopathy at the Georgia Campus of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
She completed her Family Medicine residency at Northside Gwinnett Hospital, where she served as chief for two years. She received multiple achievements along the way, such as Resident of the Year, Teaching Excellence Award, and the Resident Scholar Award. In addition, she was able to complete multiple publications within the osteopathic community and was a resident representative on the Georgia Healthy Family Alliance Board.
Dr. K strives to treat her patients as a whole while providing comprehensive care and education to empower her patients to live their healthiest, fullest lives. She provides primary care for a broad range of health concerns but has particular interests in weight management, diabetes, hypertension, musculoskeletal pain, and preventative care.
In her spare time, Dr. K lives in Flowery Branch with her husband and two fur babies. She enjoys Crossfit, water sports, spending time with her fur babies, and traveling.
