Brooke Wolf, FNP-C is a family nurse practitioner serving patients at the Dawsonville location. She graduated from Augusta University and started working as an RN at Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center in 2017. She worked in a busy cardiovascular step-down unit, and served as a charge nurse for that unit. Brooke graduated in December of 2020 with her MSN for Family Nurse Practitioner. She has since worked in the urgent care setting, as well as Family Medicine. Brooke has over 4 years as a Nurse Practitioner.
Brooke thoroughly enjoys caring for patients, and has compassion for everyone she meets. She aims to develop relationships with her patients, and believes that trusting your provider is key to quality healthcare. She believes that she is a true advocate for her patients.
She lives in Alpharetta, Georgia with her husband and son, Hudson. She is a Georgia Bulldog fan, lover of sports, follower of Christ, and loves spending time with her friends and family.
