The original order for the x-ray for a possible cyst on a finger of my right hand did not specify the actual finger. After waiting almost 45 minutes at the imaging center, they told me I would have to come back to my doctor’s office to get a new order written with the specific finger mentioned in the order. Once I had the new order written I went back to the imaging center and had my x-ray. Other than this little snag, I would give everything five stars.

Easy, efficient, friendly, professional. Never tried to pressure me to do extras like EKG or Colonoscopy. Checked my insurance coverage prior to giving me a shingles vaccine to make sure it was covered.

Five stars is not enough to evaluate (bazillion stars needed) the level of service from Dr. K and her staff. I am 58 and have experienced many different family physicians in my life. They are the best and truly the epitome of what a family practice should be. Dr. K listens with genuine compassion and empathy combined expert medical advice. She’s so caring and kind hearted. The efficiency of scheduling is fantastic. I’ve never waited over 10 mins to be seen! I am forever grateful to have found this rare gem of a family practice!

Dr. Pandya is an excellent doctor with a caring personality. She takes a lot of time with her patients. She explains everything in great detail so you will understand it. She is the best, and her staff is top notch.

Dr. McIntyre is the best doctor I've ever had. She is so courteous and knowledgeable, and every time I see her I feel like I am receiving the best possible care. The appointment never feels rushed and she always takes as much time as needed with each patient. The total time spent in office may be longer than at other practices, but quality of care Dr. McIntyre provides makes it worth the wait to see her.

I got there at 10:45 for an 11:00 appt. I wasn’t taken back to a room till 11:40. Other than that, I had a great experience.
