Dr. Nida Jiwani

Nida Jiwani, DO, is a family physician, who is proud to serve the Johns Creek community at Pandya Medical Center.

Dr. Jiwani graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Biology, after which she completed her master’s degree in Neurobiology and Behavior at Georgia State University. She then attended the Georgia campus of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she earned her Doctorate of Osteopathy.

She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Northside Hospital Gwinnett and was chosen to be chief resident during both her second and third years of training. During her residency years, she received several honors, including the AFMRD award for advocacy, the Family Medicine Resident Award for Scholarship, and the Resident of the Year award. Dr. Jiwani has also served as one of two resident directors elected in the state of Georgia to be on the executive board of the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Jiwani’s goal is to be an advocate for her patients and serve them through a holistic approach so that they can feel confident in their healthcare. She provides primary care for a broad range of health concerns with a particular interest in diabetes, hypertension, and preventative medicine.

In her spare time, Dr. Jiwani enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
