Chelsea Lineberry, AGNP-C, is a certified adult gerontology nurse practitioner serving the Dawsonville PMC location. Chelsea graduated with her bachelors of science in nursing at the University of North Georgia. Following graduation, she worked as a critical care nurse where she served as a bedside, relief charge and a rapid response nurse for eight years. After her time in critical care, she attended Middle Georgia State to attain her masters degree in nursing where she graduated with honors. Chelsea enjoys serving her community as a local to the Dawsonville area and managing acute and chronic conditions for the adult and geriatric populations. Her belief is that treating the whole body is the key to lifelong wellness and Chelsea works to make an individualized plan of care to accomplish that goal. Chelsea strives to give comprehensive care to all her patients and values the patient to provider trust that is essential to patient care. When not working, she loves to spend time outdoors, travel to new places, and enjoy the weekends with her husband, young girls, and German shepherd!
